1. Information we collect
We may collect account and organization details, including names, email addresses, roles, company information, contact details, preferences, and business configuration.
When you use TruEstimator, you may submit client, opportunity, facility, contact, pricing, proposal, invoice, estimate, and contract information. Uploaded files may include RFPs, RFQs, scopes, specifications, amendments, floor plans, pricing schedules, forms, and images.
We may create extracted facts, citations, classifications, requirements, assumptions, derived values, questions, estimates, summaries, and generated business documents. We also collect limited billing metadata and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, application events, errors, and feature usage.
2. How we use information
- Provide authentication, document processing, estimates, opportunity management, and generated documents.
- Maintain organization settings, subscriptions, payments, support, security, and fraud prevention.
- Troubleshoot errors, measure performance, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
- Create aggregated or de-identified analytics where appropriate.
3. AI and document processing
Some features use third-party artificial-intelligence and document-processing providers. When you request those features, relevant portions of submitted content may be transmitted to those providers to perform the requested processing. We aim to limit transmission to what is reasonably necessary and use the providers under their applicable contracts, privacy terms, and configured data controls.
5. Organization access
Information in an organization account may be accessible to its authorized users and administrators. If an employer or another organization provides your account, that organization may control your access and manage users, documents, opportunities, estimates, invoices, and other workspace data.
6. Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authentication, authorization, encryption in transit, access restrictions, monitoring, and secure cloud infrastructure. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
7. Billing and financial information
Payment processors handle card transactions. We may receive plan, payment status, transaction identifiers, method type, and limited billing metadata, but we do not intend to store full payment-card numbers. Do not put passwords, full card numbers, banking credentials, or other authentication secrets into ordinary text fields.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legal and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect security. Retention varies by data type and account status.
You may request account closure. Deletion may be subject to legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or contractual requirements, and data may remain temporarily in backups during normal rotation.
10. International processing
Service providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable, we use contractual or other safeguards required for international transfers.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about use of your data. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions. Contact info@trutouchcleaning.com; we may need to verify your identity.
12. Children, third-party links, and changes
TruEstimator is intended for businesses and professional users, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age of consent.
Third-party links and integrations are governed by their own privacy practices. We may update this policy and will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the service, by email, or through an updated effective date.
