Terms of Service

These terms explain the agreement between you and TRUTOUCH when you use TruEstimator.

Effective October 7, 2026

1. The service

TruEstimator is business software for analyzing opportunities, organizing scope, estimating costs, preparing pricing, and generating proposals, quotes, and invoices. It supports professional judgment; it does not replace legal, accounting, tax, insurance, or contracting advice.

2. Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access to info@trutouchcleaning.com.

Organizations control which users may access their workspace. Administrators may manage company settings, documents, opportunities, estimates, billing, and other organization data. Credentials may not be shared to bypass plan, seat, or usage limits.

3. Customer content

You retain ownership of documents, data, text, pricing information, images, and files you submit. You grant TRUTOUCH a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and transform that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service or perform actions you request.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process that content and must not submit material you are legally prohibited from possessing or sharing.

4. Document analysis and automated results

TruEstimator may use artificial intelligence, optical character recognition, deterministic calculations, and rules to extract facts, classify requirements, create summaries, derive values, identify gaps, and produce other outputs. Automated systems can make mistakes.

You are responsible for reviewing information that can materially affect pricing, labor, deadlines, eligibility, compliance, insurance, bonding, wages, taxes, staffing, or financial commitments. Missing, conflicting, assumed, or low-confidence indicators should not be ignored.

5. Estimates and generated documents

Labor hours, production assumptions, crew recommendations, costs, margins, taxes, contingencies, and prices are estimates. Actual conditions and costs may differ, and we do not guarantee profitability, competitiveness, acceptance, or contract award.

You must review proposals, quotes, invoices, scopes, and other generated documents before sharing them. TruEstimator is not a party to your contracts and is not responsible for collecting your receivables.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid features are governed by the plan, billing period, usage limits, and price shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled, and you authorize our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and ordinarily leaves paid access active through the current billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on providers for hosting, storage, artificial intelligence, document processing, payments, email, analytics, monitoring, and security. Their services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or contractual restrictions.
  • Do not gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, or bypass access and usage controls.
  • Do not impersonate others, engage in fraud, or systematically scrape, reproduce, sell, or redistribute substantial parts of the service.

9. Product ownership and feedback

TRUTOUCH and its licensors own TruEstimator, its software, designs, workflows, interfaces, databases, documentation, branding, and estimation logic. Customer content remains yours. You permit us to use product feedback without compensation, but this does not transfer your customer content or confidential business information.

10. Availability, suspension, and termination

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify or suspend features for security, technical, legal, operational, or product reasons.

We may restrict or terminate access for security threats, suspected fraud, non-payment, abuse, unlawful activity, or material violations. After termination, access to customer content may be limited or removed, so you should export information you need before deletion.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that analysis, extracted information, estimates, recommendations, or generated documents will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRUTOUCH and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, opportunities, data, or business interruption. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify TRUTOUCH against claims arising from your unlawful use, customer content, violation of these terms, or violation of another person's rights.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes may be announced in the service, by email, or by changing the effective date. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
